Gain insight into the ideal sustainable roofing per building
This unique map layer shows per roof in the Netherlands which sustainable roofing option is the most feasible, profitable and advantageous. We’ve created this by combining multiple datasets, such as building characteristics (e.g. height, type of roof and year of construction) and environmental data (e.g. water level after rainfall, degree of heat and sunlight).
By integrating and modeling this data we have created a unique map layer that can be implemented into your own (map) systems, enabling you to find the optimal roof implementation. A modern flat roof in a water-stressed area, for example, is perfectly suited for a green roof with water retaining qualities, and an old sloping roof with good solar radiation is ideal for solar panels.
